To apply a new waterproofing membrane on top of an old bitumen waterproofing membrane, the surface of the old membrane should be thoroughly cleaned and prepared. Any loose debris, dirt, or old adhesive should be removed to ensure proper adhesion of the new membrane. Once the surface is clean, a primer should be applied to promote adhesion between the old and new membranes. Finally, the new waterproofing membrane can be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring that it is properly sealed and bonded to the old membrane to provide effective waterproofing. **

Before studying social work, individuals typically complete a high school education or equivalent, followed by a bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology, sociology, or human services. Some students may also pursue a master's degree in social work (MSW) after completing their bachelor's degree. Additionally, gaining relevant work or volunteer experience in social service settings can be beneficial before pursuing a career in social work. **

A utility knife or a sharp blade is typically used to cut the waterproofing membrane. It is important to use a sharp tool to ensure clean and precise cuts, which will help in achieving a proper seal and prevent water leakage. Care should be taken to avoid damaging the underlying surface while cutting the membrane. **

Ideally, the waterproofing membrane should be applied in dry weather to ensure proper adhesion and effectiveness. If the membrane is applied and then it rains before it has fully cured, it can compromise its ability to create a watertight seal. Water exposure during the curing process can lead to delamination, reduced adhesion, and potential leaks. Therefore, it is best to apply the waterproofing membrane when there is no rain in the forecast and allow it to fully cure before any water exposure. **

Yes, there can be a pecking order among people based on their social intelligence. Those who are more socially intelligent, meaning they are better at understanding and interacting with others, may be perceived as more influential, respected, and successful in social situations. This can lead to them having more opportunities, better relationships, and higher social status compared to those who may struggle with social interactions. However, it's important to remember that social intelligence is just one aspect of a person's overall abilities and should not be the sole determinant of someone's worth or value. **

Anarchy as a social order, which is characterized by the absence of a centralized government and authority, is not fundamentally compatible with the German constitution. The German constitution, known as the Basic Law, establishes a democratic and federal system with clear structures of governance and rule of law. Anarchy would contradict the principles of the German constitution, which emphasize the importance of a functioning state, the protection of individual rights, and the rule of law. Therefore, anarchy as a social order would not align with the foundational values and legal framework of the German constitution. **

Yes, absolutely! If you have social anxiety, it can be helpful to have someone assist you in ordering at Starbucks. You can ask a friend, family member, or even a Starbucks employee to help guide you through the process. You can also consider using the Starbucks mobile app to place your order in advance, which can help reduce the need for face-to-face interaction. Remember that it's okay to ask for help when you need it, and Starbucks staff are usually understanding and accommodating. **

Socialism can still be the basis for a just social order today, as it aims to address economic inequality and promote social justice. By prioritizing the needs of the working class and providing access to essential services such as healthcare, education, and housing, socialism can create a more equitable society. However, the implementation of socialism must also consider the potential drawbacks and challenges, such as the need for effective governance and the balance of individual freedoms with collective responsibility. Overall, with careful consideration and adaptation to modern contexts, socialism can still serve as a foundation for a just social order. **
